About you (as a CTO)

Deep experience building digital products and building tech teams
A proven track record in taking technical ownership in how the product works and feels for users
You can define a tech stack but are also flexible enough to work in a given tech stack structure.
You have experience in leading a team or believe you have what it takes to lead (on-premise or remote).
Driven, passionate, and understands the commitment needed in a fast-paced startup environment as a team player
You excel at building and mentoring teams in a dynamic, collaborative culture.
Love being the person on the front lines at tech forums talking about solutions and helping engage customers and investors.

What you will do

You help shape the product vision and are responsible for its successful execution.
You are responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training top tech talents
You will lead the development of our products as well as plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT operations.
You work well with designers and have a good understanding of (and respect for) the relationship between product managers and engineers.
You are responsible for the evaluation and implementation of new and growing technologies/product features.
You will represent the company both inside and outside the organization as a technical expert.

In this position, you will….

Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
Build quality assurance and data protection processes
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Manage and Mentor Product and technology teams building the next-generation platform
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
Knowledge of technological trends to build on strategy
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodology
International Team management experience
Strategic thinking
Problem-solving aptitude
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
