Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process mapping and adherence to stated process
  • Managing small to medium sized team of 3-10 people
  • Set and hold team accountable to meet/exceed KPI’s
  • Train, retrain, and guide employees on processes & procedures
  • Coach/guide/mentor team on shipping/ logistics procedures
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Effective communication with direct reports, peers, upper level management and above
  • Ensure timely completion of projects/tasks as assigned to the individual and team
  • Identify and solve problems using available resources while improving the process to mitigate/eliminate the problem from occurring in the future

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Detail oriented, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management.
  • Sense of Urgency/Self Motivated
  • Ability and knowledge to generate innovative solutions
  • College Graduate preferred and 2-5 years of related experience and/or training, required.
  • Computer-savvy including Microsoft Suite required
  • Effective at change management
  • CAPA – Corrective Action/Preventive Action experience
