Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process mapping and adherence to stated process
- Managing small to medium sized team of 3-10 people
- Set and hold team accountable to meet/exceed KPI’s
- Train, retrain, and guide employees on processes & procedures
- Coach/guide/mentor team on shipping/ logistics procedures
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Effective communication with direct reports, peers, upper level management and above
- Ensure timely completion of projects/tasks as assigned to the individual and team
- Identify and solve problems using available resources while improving the process to mitigate/eliminate the problem from occurring in the future
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years experience
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detail oriented, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management.
- Sense of Urgency/Self Motivated
- Ability and knowledge to generate innovative solutions
- College Graduate preferred and 2-5 years of related experience and/or training, required.
- Computer-savvy including Microsoft Suite required
- Effective at change management
- CAPA – Corrective Action/Preventive Action experience
